This Filipino coffee drink, called "kopi luwak," is produced in Vietnam, but marketed extensively in the Philippines. The drink is unique in that before the beans are roasted the coffee cherries have been consumed and excreted by an Asian palm civet.
Civet coffee was originally produced in Indonesia, but spread to other parts of Southeast Asia.
